Returns and Exchanges
Please choose carefully when making a purchase. Refunds will not be made on change of mind purchases. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Gift vouchers are transferable , but not refundable or redeemable for cash .
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Shipping of Returns
To return your product once confirmed with artist, the Certificate of Authenticity (if included in original purchase) must also be returned in order for the refund to be granted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Copyright and Reproduction of Artwork, Photographs, Images and Text
All artworks are original and authentic artworks. They are produced on Wiradjuri Country, by Wiradjuri artist, Amanda Hinkelmann. All copyright and reproduction rights are reserved by the artist. Permission to reproduce in any capacity is forbidden and all requests for reproduction must be submitted for consideration to Amanda Hinkelmann via email at- [email protected]. Permission upon request is not guaranteed and is solely the decision of the artist.
Artwork and Artwork Stories within this website are the intellectual property of Amanda Hinkelmann. No permission to reproduce artworks or text will be given without prior written consent.
Colour Variation
Amanda Hinkelmann Art takes great care in presenting artworks as closely to the original as possible, however, I cannot guarantee colour variations within artworks. Due to the differences in lighting, monitors, screen brightness and pixel quality, images online may vary from the original artwork. By purchasing an Amanda Hinkelmann artwork, you agree to accept that the artwork may vary from the online images and will accept the art as it arrives to you, regardless of colour variation.
In-Situ
To demonstrate how the artwork will look within a room, paintings are occasionally positioned digitally ‘in-situ’, meaning they are digitally displayed within a staged room. The digital in-situ images within this website and all ‘Amanda Hinkelmann Art’ social platforms, are not to scale and should not be used as a guide to sizing or dimensions of the art.
Please ensure you measure the intended space before purchasing.
Commissioned Artworks
Commissioned Artworks require a 20% deposit, payable within 7 days of receiving the deposit invoice. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the artwork, prior to shipment. Once payment is received in full, the artwork will be shipped.
Commissioned artworks are non-refundable.
Workshops
Places in Amanda Hinkelmann Art workshops are strictly limited. Workshops are non-refundable and places cannot be transferred to another workshop/date.
Non-Aboriginal people are welcome to attend the workshops, however cannot benefit with monetary gain from that which is learnt within the workshop.
The content, techniques, written materials and delivery of the workshops is in no way to be reproduced, recreated or reused by others.
