About the Collection

Rooted deeply in the Australian landscape, Whispers of Country is a collection of eight artworks by Wiradjuri artist Amanda Hinkelmann, each piece a gentle homage to the native flora that surrounds her home. Through organic compositions and an earthy palette of ochres, blushes, and soft neutrals, Amanda captures the quiet rhythm and resilience of the land- its native plants, wildflowers, and whispering grasses.
